Leading our charge is Leny, the seasoned behavioral consultant whose heart lies in fostering positive change in complex environments where it is needed most.
A Lifelong Advocate for Lasting Behavioral Change
Leny is a compassionate and dedicated expert in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with over two decades of experience. Beginning her career in 1999, Leny has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals with complex learning and behavioral needs.
Her journey started with providing in-home services for children with Autism and other disabilities as an aide, laying the foundation for her deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and their families.
Completing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2015, following a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2011, Leny has since worked in various capacities, including as a clinical supervisor in center-based settings and behavior consultant in schools. Her passion for training led her to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses in ABA, imparting her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of behavior analysts.
Through her company, Global Behavior Solutions Inc., Leny continues to make a significant impact, offering personalized behavior-analytic consultation in home and community settings. Her empathetic approach and commitment to effective learning shine through in her work, as she collaborates closely with caregivers and schools to provide training and quality care to individuals with diverse needs. Leny’s dedication to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for learners and those who work with them is at the heart of everything she does.
